Potato fry.

Ingredients to make Potato fry.

  • potato - 5
  • garlic pods - 15
  • oil
  • mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves - 1 spring
  • hing - 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt - as needed
  • red chilly powder - 2 teaspoon

How to make Potato fry.

  1. Wash and chop potato to a thin slices.
  2. Chop garlic pods and set aside.
  3. Take a pan , add oil, mustard seeds.once it starts spluttering add curry leaves and hing.
  4. Saute for a min.
  5. Add garlic and saute for 5 min.
  6. Add potatoes and saute for 5 min.
  7. Sprinkle some water and cook potatoes well.
  8. Once potato gets cooked add salt and red chilly powder.
  9. Mix well. Serve hot.
