Healthy multigrain buiscuits

Ingredients to make Healthy multigrain buiscuits

  • 1cup whole wheat atta
  • 1/3cup oats
  • 1/3 bajra
  • 1/4cup rawa
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 sugar free powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2tsp almond essence

How to make Healthy multigrain buiscuits

  1. First sieve all the dry ingredients.
  2. Then add baking powdercand soda
  3. In a separate bowl Add 1/3 white butter, sugar free powder
  4. Now whisk these ingredients with the help ofa whipper
  5. Beat till the mixture is foamy
  6. Add less than half cup milk if required
  7. Then mix with the dry ingredients
  8. Knead a soft dough
  9. Cut with the help of cookie cutter
  10. Put in a baking tray
  11. Bake it in for 15-18 mins in a pre heated oven
