Vannilla agar agar pudding

Ingredients to make Vannilla agar agar pudding

  • China grass or agar agar - 10 gm
  • Milk- 1L
  • water - half Cup
  • sugar -3 to 4 tablespoon (as per your taste)
  • Condensed milk - 2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence - 2 teaspoon
  • saffron - 5 to 10 strands
  • almonds - 10 coarsely grinded
  • pistachio - 10 Coarsely grinded
  • cashews - 10 coarsely grinded

How to make Vannilla agar agar pudding

  1. In a saucepan add water and agar agar,boil this mixture until agar agar dissolves completely.
  2. In a separate pan boil milk in medium heat.
  3. In the boil milk add agar agar mixture, condensed milk and sugar.whisk it well.
  4. Now add vanilla essence and a few strands of saffron. Take it off from the heat and set aside.
  5. In a serving bowl Transfer the agar agar mixture and garnish with coarsely grinded nuts and saffron strands.
  6. Cool the mixture and refrigerate two to three hours. Serve cool. Yummy yummy vanilla Agar Agar pudding ready.
