Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 200gm
  2. Baby bananas 2
  3. Buttermilk 1 tablespoon
  4. Milkpowder 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Sugar1/2 tablespoon
  6. Fennel seeds
  7. All purpose oil

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Take another bowl to mash baby bananas with the help of fork.
  3. Mix mashed bananas into wheat bowl.
  4. Add milk powder in this mixer.
  5. Pour buttermilk nicely into the mixer.
  6. Add sugar and fennel seeds and leave for 10m.
  7. Tk kadai and pour all purpose oil.
  8. With the help of spoon drop one by one mixer into the warm oil.
  9. When the pakodas leave brown colour transfer to the tissue paper for removing extra oil.
  10. The dish is ready to serve to your family with tea or coffee.
