Ingredients to make Crispy tarmaric cake

  • onion 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 5pcs
  • ginger 1&1/2 tbs
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • fennel seeds. 1/2 tsp
  • fenugreek seeds 1/3 tsp
  • Cinamon stick 4pcs
  • Nut meg 1 ps
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tarmaric Powder 1/3 tsp
  • water 1 cup
  • salt. 1/2 tsp
  • Rice flour. 1cup&4 tbs
  • Green coriander 1/3 cup

How to make Crispy tarmaric cake

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED ONION.
  2. ADD 4/5 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI.
  3. ADD 1&1/2 TBS CHOPPED GINGER.
  4. ADD 3 CLOVES SHREDDED GARLIC.
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP FENNEL SEEDS.
  6. ADD1/3 TSP FENUGREEK SEEDS.
  7. ADD 3/4 CINAMON STICK.
  8. ADD 1 LARGE NUT MEG.
  9. CUMIN POWDER 1/2 TSP.
  10. TARMARIC POWDER 1/3 TSP.
  11. ADD 1 CUP OF WATER.
  12. BLEND IT.
  13. BRING THE LIQUID TO BOIL& ADD 1/2 TSP SALT.
  14. ADD 1 CUP& 4 TBS RICE FLOUR.
  15. STIR WELL.
  16. UNTIL GET IT THICKEND.
  17. ADD 1/3 CUPOF CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER.
  18. KNEADING WELL MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH.
  19. ROLL OUT HALF PORTION OF DOUGH.
  20. CUT VARIOUS SHAPES USING CUTTER.
  21. TARMARIC CAKES ARE READY TO FRY.
  22. IN SUFFICIENT HOT OIL FRY ALL CAKES.
  23. FRY EVENLY.
  24. FRY THEM UNTIL GETS GOLDEN BROWN.
