Thousand Island sauce

Ingredients to make Thousand Island sauce

  • 1/2 cup eggless mayonisse
  • 1 small onion very finely chopped
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp tobasco sauce ( optional )
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish ( I have not added )

How to make Thousand Island sauce

  1. 1.In a bowl whisk together all ingredients gently.
  2. 2.Add seasonings to it and your thousand island sauce is ready.
  3. 3.Refrigerate it for a few hours for flavours to mingle.
  4. 4.Stays well for three to four days.
My Tip: Note..I used vinegar onion (sirka pyaaz)..you can use normal ones also.
