Ingredients to make Rice chilla

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • water 1/2 cup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Baking powder- 1/4 tsp

How to make Rice chilla

  1. Take a bowl, add rice flour.
  2. With the help of a sieve sprinkle baking powder.
  3. Add a pinch of salt as per taste.
  4. Pour water and mix the whole batter nicely.
  5. Wait for 15 minutes.
  6. Take a pizza pan pour batter from a ladle and spread it out in dosa shape.
  7. Wait for 2 minutes till the crust become brown light in colour and flip the chilla and again wait for 2 minutes.
  8. Finally serve to your kids with sauce or any other dip which they like.

My Tip:

When the crust is not brown wait for 2 minutes or more.
