About Choco Nutty Ghujias Recipe

I tried something innovative this Holi. My innovative recipe of gujiyas are ready for this Holi which are Stuffed with crushed almonds and crushed chocos, healthy one with whole wheat flour. These gujiyas really tastes super tasty and yummy. Try them, I am sure you will surely love it.

Choco Nutty Ghujias

Ingredients to make Choco Nutty Ghujias

  • almonds 1 handful
  • Chocos 1 handful
  • Milkmaid 1/3 cup
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 4-5 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 cup of water or as required
  • oil 1 cup for deep frying
  • chocolate syrup 2 tablespoon

How to make Choco Nutty Ghujias

  1. Make a soft dough with wheat flour, 4-5 tablespoon of oil and water. Keep aside for rest.
  2. In a grinder roughly crush almonds
  3. Again roughly crush chocos
  4. Mix both the grinder things together and add Milkmaid to it
  5. Mix it thoroughly
  6. Now take a small portion of the dough and roll it flat like a Poori. Stuff 2 tablespoon of the mixture
  7. Close the edges folding it half and pressing the edges with the thumb finger
  8. Repeat the same process with the dough
  9. Now heat a kadai with oil and fry the gujiyas in low flame till golden brown in colour
  10. Garnish them with chocolate sauce and Milkmaid and serve

My Tip:

No need of adding any sugar. Garnish chocolate syrup and Milkmaid before serving only.
