Ingredients to make Little tangy cauliflower with potato

  • Chopped and boiled cauliflower 1 cup
  • onion 1/2 cup
  • Dried mango powder 1 spoon
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • Blackpepper powder 1/2 spoon
  • cumin powder 1/2 spoon
  • Raii seeds 1/2 spoon
  • coriander leaves
  • salt ( as per taste)

How to make Little tangy cauliflower with potato

  1. Take a kadai pour all purpose oil and heat for 2m.
  2. After that put rai seeds and wt. for crackle.
  3. Put chopped onion and fry it.
  4. After that put boiled and chopped cauliflower ,fry it and then add potato.
  5. After that put dried mango powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,blackpepper powder and saute the whole dish nicely.
  6. Finally sprinkle salt, water too and close the lid of kadai.
  7. Wait for 20m but check the dish at regular interval.
  8. Serve to ur family with chappaties and parathas.
  9. Before serving garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

My Tip:

If u want more tangyness in dishes, you can add lemon juice before serving.
