Ingredients to make milkmaid rasmalai popsicle

  • milkmaid small tin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • saffron essence 10 drops
  • 2 tablesp dry fruits (chopped)
  • For rasmalai:
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp ghee

How to make milkmaid rasmalai popsicle

  1. boil milk stir occasionally add saffron and cardamom
  2. add sugar mix well and simmer for 5 mins
  3. scrape the cream in the pan add dry fruits and keep it in low heat until milk get thick
  4. For rasmalai:
  5. add milk powder ,sugar and milk and keep in low flame mix well until all combine well and leaves the side
  6. add ghee and mix well and make a round shape and put it in rabri
  7. after completely cool pour the rabri in popsicle mould and cut the rasmalai and put it in
  8. freeze over night and enjoy

My Tip:

1. Always work with low to medium heat 2. Stir milk occasionally otherwise it will get burn 3. I used saffron essence but u can also use saffron to get even more richer flavour
