Paneer Bhurji Hotdog

Ingredients to make Paneer Bhurji Hotdog

  • 1 cup paneer (cut in small cubes)
  • 1 large red onion finely chopped
  • 1 large tomato finely chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger grated/sliced
  • 1 green chillie finely sliced(u can use more if u like it spicy)
  • salt as per taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric pwdr
  • 4 hot dog rolls
  • 1 tbsp green Chutne to spread on the base per hotdog(you can use mayo or hummus)
  • 2 tbsp butter

How to make Paneer Bhurji Hotdog

  1. ADD 2 TBSP OIL
  2. ADD CHOPPED ONION
  3. ADD FINELY SLICED GINGER
  4. ADD FINELY SLICED GREEN CHILLIE
  5. ADD CHOPPED TOMATO AND SAUTE
  6. ADD SALT
  7. ADD FRESH CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER
  8. ADD HALDI PWDR
  9. ADD FINELY CUBED PANEER AND MIX GENTLY
  10. TAKE A HOT DOG BUN & SLIT IN BETWEEN
  11. MAKE SURE NOT TO GO ON THE EDGES TOO MUCH
  12. TAKE GREEN CHUTNEY
  13. AND SPREAD IT
  14. LAYER WITH GRATED CARROTS
  15. AND LAYER WITH PANEER BHURJI
  16. TAKE BUTTER
  17. SPREAD ON TOP
  18. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN @200 FOR 5 MIN
  19. SLICE THE HOT DOGS
