Pineapple Rabdi.

Ingredients to make Pineapple Rabdi.

  • 1 litre of full fat milk
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp Nestle milkmaid
  • 1/4th tsp of saffron strands
  • ½ tsp of cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp of cornflour
  • 2 tsp of milk
  • 1 tsp of milk masala powder

How to make Pineapple Rabdi.

  1. - In wide pan add full fat milk,sugar,saffron strands and cardamom powder -
  2. Let the milk boil on a high flame - Once it boils bring the flame to medium and pull the creamy layers aside -
  3. Boil milks till it comes down to one third quantity -
  4. Add corn flour in milk and give it a mix then add it to the saffron milk Add milk maid.
  5. - Let it cool down completely - Add tsp of milk masala powder and stir it
  6. Pour it into a bowl and scrape off the cream from the edges -
  7. Add the cream into the milk and lightly stir it - Chill it completely and garnish it with roasted almond flakes -
  8. pineapple rabri... 1/2 grated pineapple 1tbsp sugar... cook both till 5 to 6 minutes....let it cool... Mix cook pineapple in Rabdi..
  9. n garnish with almonds,pistachios, pineapple pieces.. Njoy ur pineapple rabdi ..
