Ingredients to make Samai daddojanam

  • Samai 1 glass
  • water 2 glasses
  • curd 1 glass
  • Milk 1 glass
  • salt to taste
  • jeera
  • Uraddal
  • pepper
  • Musterd seeds
  • peanuts
  • carrot,peas,green chilli,ginger

How to make Samai daddojanam

  1. TAKE A COOKER AND ADD 1 GLASS OF SAMAI AND ADD 2 GLASS OF WATER. COOK UNTIL 4 WHISTLE
  2. MIX WELL AND COOL IT.
  3. TAKE CARROT, PEAS, GREEN CHILLIES, RED CHILLIS, AND ADD TEMPERING INGREDIENTS.
  4. ADD SALT TO THE SAMAI MIXTURE
  5. ADD LUKE WARM MILK AND CURD
  6. MIX WELL
  7. TAKE A PAN AND ADD OIL AND ALL TEMPERING INGREDIENTS ONE AFTER ONE AND FRY THEM WELL.
  8. ADD GREENCHILLIES, CARROT, PEAS AND FRY THEM WELL
  9. AFTER THAT TRANSFER TO SAMAI MIXTURE.
  10. MIX WELL
  11. SERVE IT COOLY.....NOW PUR YUMMY... AND TASTY ....SAMAI DADDOJANAM IS READY.....
