Ingredients to make Honey Gulkand Gujiyas

  • water 1 cup
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil 4 tsp
  • honey gulkand 1/2 cup
  • wheat flour 1/2 cup for dusting
  • Cooking oil for deep fry

How to make Honey Gulkand Gujiyas

  1. ADD WHEAT FLOUR INTO WATER
  2. ADD RICE FLOUR AND SALT
  3. MIX WELL
  4. ADD COOKING OIL, KNEAD WELL AND PREPARE THE STIFF DOUGH
  5. MAKE GOOSEBERRY SIZED BALLS
  6. PRESS IT IN WHEAT FLOUR AND DUST SOME FLOUR
  7. ROLL IT IN CIRCLE SHAPE
  8. FILL WITH HONEY GULKAND
  9. CLOSE INTO HALF CIRCLE SHAPE AND PRESS THE EDGES
  10. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL, IN LOW FLAME
  11. FLIP AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  12. REMOVE ON KITCHEN TOWEL, TO ABSORB EXCESS OIL, SERVE IN HOT
