Ingredients to make Grilled Paneer tikka

  • paneer cut into Cubes 750 gm
  • onion cut into Cubes 3 large
  • capsicum cut into Cubes 3 large
  • Bamboo skeawers
  • Aluminium foil 30 cm piece
  • oil for frying
  • Green chutney
  • Charcoal poece
  • For marination
  • Hung curd 2tbsp
  • cream 2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli paste 2tsp
  • Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  • saunf powder 1/4tsp
  • mustard powder 1/2tsp
  • Roasted jeera powder 1/2tsp
  • Red tandoori food colour 2pinch or1/4tsp

How to make Grilled Paneer tikka

  1. Take a bowl make a marination for marination ingredients
  2. Marinate the paneer, capsicum, onion cubes for 30 mins
  3. Take a skewer to Sew a piece of capsicum paneer onion cubes than repeat the process of 3 times to same skewer for making a tikka stick
  4. Take a grilling pan heat the oil grill the skeawers for all sides
  5. TO burn the charcoal to make a Alum.foil bowl take a burn charcoal place the foil bowl to turn the few drops of oil and cover the lid after 1min to release the aluminium Foil bowl and charcoal piece
  6. Serve hot with green chutney
