About Kanji vadaa Recipe

Very old recipe,, after frying vadaa, prepare kanji ,by adding powder rai, salt, mirchi in water,add vadaa,n keep for,2-3 hours,,it tastes better as it matures

Ingredients to make Kanji vadaa

  • Mogar dal 1 bowl
  • oil for deep frying
  • Namk to taste
  • water 2 bowl
  • Powder rai 1 tsp
  • mirchi 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Akha dhana half tsp
  • hing pinch
  • mirchi 1 tbsp

How to make Kanji vadaa

  1. soak mogar dal.Blend it and fry wadas.
  2. For Kanji,take watewr in a pot and add salt, red chilli powder and rai powder.
  3. Soak wada in kanji for minimum 2 to 3 hours.
