Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For marinade
  2. 400 gm chicken
  3. 2 tspn Ginger paste
  4. 1 tblspn Garlic powder
  5. 1 tspn garam masala powder
  6. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 cup hung curd
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil
  10. For gravyi
  11. 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  12. 1 tspn ginger paste
  13. 1 tspn garlic paste
  14. 1 tspn Red chilli powder
  15. 1 tblspn Honey or sugar
  16. 1/2 cup fresh cream
  17. 2 tblspn Cashew paste
  18. 1/2 tspn kasturi mathi
  19. 2-3 cloves
  20. 2-3 green cardamom
  21. 1 Bayleaf
  22. 5-6 black pepper
  23. 2 tblspn butter
  24. a pinch food colour
  25. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, hung curd and salt. Keep it in refrigerator about 5 to 6 hourse.
  2. Drizzle some oil in non stick pan and heat. Place chicken pieces on it.
  3. Grill the pieces very well 
  4. Heat some oil and butter in kadhaie. Add cloves, green cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper. Now add ginger-garlic paste saute well. Add tomato puree cook about 3-4 min. Add some food colour and water bring it to boil.
  5. Add grill chicken, cashew paste and fresh cream cook about 4 to 5 min. Add kastoori methi and turn off the flame.
  6. Serve with butter naan or chapatis
