About Spicy masala paneer. Recipe

Dry masala paneer recepie which is quick and easy to prepare, serve it as starter and definitely not for kids.

Spicy masala paneer.

Ingredients to make Spicy masala paneer.

  • 250 grams paneer, cut in cube
  • 1 large onion chopped finely
  • 1 large tomato chopped finely
  • 1 small piece of ginger chopped finely
  • 5-8 cloves of garlic chopped finely
  • 2 green chilli chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/3 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/3 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/3 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt for taste
  • oil for cooking

How to make Spicy masala paneer.

  1. Heat a non-stick pan with 2 Tbsp of oil, add cumin seeds and fry for seconds. Add ginger, garlic, chilli and saute for few seconds. (in medium flame).
  2. Now add chopped onion and fry it for 2-3 minutes in medium flame till it turn golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomato and fry it for 2-3 minutes. ( cover with lid to it faster). Once tomatoes are soft add all spices and mix well. Let it cook for a min in low flame.
  4. Now add paneer, salt and mix well. cook it for 2 minutes covering lid in a low flame. Open the lid stir it. Now spicy masala paneer is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Same way you can cook chicken too.
