Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled baby potato...500gm
  2. Peas...1cup
  3. Chopped onion....2
  4. Chopped garlic....10
  5. Ginger paste...1tspn
  6. Chopped tomato...1
  7. Green chilli paste...2tspn
  8. Kashmiri red chilli powder...2tspn
  9. turmeric powder...1tspn
  10. Salt
  11. Sugar...1/2teaspn
  12. Garam masala...1tspn
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes & fry it in oil.Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add chopped onion,tomato,garlic & ginger paste.Cook it for a while & make a soft mixture of it.
  3. Add peas, green chilli paste & all spices.Mix it well.Add some water, cover it & cook it well.
  4. Add coriander leaves,garam masala & sugar.Adjust salt & gravy.Its ready now.
