Ragi kolukattai

Ingredients to make Ragi kolukattai

  • Ragi flour 1 cup
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Organic jaggery as required
  • salt as pinch
  • water 8-11 tsp

How to make Ragi kolukattai

  1. In pan dry roat ragi flour for 5-10 min.
  2. Add it to bowl,add grated coconut,jaggery,salt and mix well
  3. Add little by little water to make coarse mixture
  4. Make lemon size balls from the mixture then fold with 5 fingers.
  5. In idli pot steam it for 5-10 min.
  6. Yummy tasty healthy ragi kollukattai is ready
