Ingredients to make Custer cocoa biscuit souffle

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 250 gram mari biscuits or any
  • 4 tbsp custer powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 ml milkmade (condense milk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • Chocolate shavings for garnishing

How to make Custer cocoa biscuit souffle

  1. Take 1/2 litre milk in pot keeping some milk left in the bowl.
  2. In the left milk add custer powder and cocoa powder.
  3. And whisk until no lumps.
  4. Prepare a tray with mari biscuits.
  5. Heat the pot milk and add milkmade and vanilla essence in it.
  6. Stir until the boil comes.
  7. As boil comes add the custer mix and stir until thickens.
  8. Remove and add the hot mix to biscuits. Covering the biscuits for first layer.
  9. Layer the biscuits again and do the same making three layers.
  10. Keep in fridge to chill for few hours or best overnight.
  11. Add the chocolate shavings to garnish.
  12. And serve.
