About Chocolate kalakand gujiya Recipe

Chocolate kalakand gujiya is my innovative recipe. It's very yummy and delicious. We specially made chocolate kalakand gujiya for a Holi festival. Happy Holi to my dear friends and BB team.

Chocolate kalakand gujiya

Ingredients to make Chocolate kalakand gujiya

  • For gujiya -
  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp pure ghee
  • 1 cup water
  • For filling -
  • 200 GM milkmaid
  • 200 GM cheese
  • 1 tbsp Milk powder
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 8 - 10 chopped almonds
  • For sugar syrup -
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • For garnish -
  • 1 tsp chocolate sauce
  • 8 - 10 rose petals

How to make Chocolate kalakand gujiya

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, pure ghee mix well.
  2. Add water and knead to make dough.
  3. In a wok add grated cheese.
  4. Add cocoa powder.
  5. Add milk powder.
  6. Add milkmaid.
  7. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  8. Now add cardamom powder, chopped almonds.
  9. Now roll the small chapatti with rolling pin.
  10. Place filling inside.
  11. Shape into gujiya.
  12. Our gujiya are ready to fry.
  13. Fry all gujiya on medium heat.
  14. Gujiya turns into golden colour remove from oil.
  15. In a pan add sugar and water and boil it for sugar syrup.
  16. Gujiya dip in the sugar syrup for 4 - 5 minutes.
  17. Now our chocolate kalakand gujiya are ready glaze with chocolate sauce and rose petals.

My Tip:

I used wheat flour in this recipe for good health. If you want all purpose flour you can also use it.
