Mexican Mutton balls gravy

Ingredients to make Mexican Mutton balls gravy

  • Minced mutton - 500gm
  • Grated papaya - 1/4 cup
  • egg - 1 nos
  • Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
  • ginger garlic paste - 1+1 tbsp
  • Chopped chillies -1 tsp
  • Grated onion - 1/2 cup
  • tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  • tomato sauce- 1/4 cup
  • coriander pwd- 1tsp
  • cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  • chilly powder - 1tsp
  • Garam masala pwd - 1 + 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander - 1/4 cup
  • oil - 1 tbsp + extra

How to make Mexican Mutton balls gravy

  1. Add egg, papaya, breadcrumbs, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala pwd into minced mutton and mix properly.
  2. Make small balls From out of the mutton mixture and deep fry them. Keep aside.
  3. Heat one tbsp oil add grated onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it till raw smell has gone.
  4. Add rest of the ingredients and cook till oil separated from the side and water.
  5. Add fried balls into boiling gravy and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve.
