Dryfruit Ladoo

Ingredients to make Dryfruit Ladoo

  • dates 1/2 cup
  • almonds 8
  • cashew 10
  • Grated coconut 2 tsp
  • Roasted bengal gram 2 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp

How to make Dryfruit Ladoo

  1. Grind chopped dates and roasted Bengal gram coarsely
  2. In pan heat ghee add chopped cashew ,raisins and almonds.fry for 4 min.add grated coconut.mix well
  3. Now add grounded dates mixture.add little ghee.cook for 5 min.mix well.
  4. Turn off the flame.now take small portion of mixture and roll it like small balls.serve it
