Ingredients to make Jackfruit {kathal} kee sukhee sabzi

  • 1. 500 gms Jackfruit {kathal} cut into pieces
  • 2. 1 big sized onion, chopped finely
  • 3.one tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 4.1 tbsp oil
  • 5 .1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • 6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 7 Salt as per taste

How to make Jackfruit {kathal} kee sukhee sabzi

  1. 1 Start by half boiling the jackfruit in a big vessel.
  2. 2.Next, drain and fry these boiled jackfruit pieces in the heated oil in a kadhai till they become a little brown in colour.
  3. 3 Prepare the masala mixture by grinding onion, garlic and ginger together. Keep aside.
  4. 4.Heat oil in a kadhai and cook the grinded masala and mix in the spices and salt as per taste. Then put in the fried jackfruit pieces and cook till its soft and the masala is immersed in it completely.
  5. 5.Serve it hot.
