Rabdi mini jum shahi tukda

Ingredients to make Rabdi mini jum shahi tukda

  • Full fat milk - 500ml
  • Milkmaid - 1 tin
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • kesar - 1/4 tsp
  • Bread slices cut into heart shape
  • For mini jum
  • Powder milk- 1/2 cup
  • maida - 1/2 cup
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • ghee - 1 tbsp + extra for fry
  • cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • badam slices - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 1/4 cup

How to make Rabdi mini jum shahi tukda

  1. Boil the milk to reduce with adding kesar. Make sugar syrup for mini jum.
  2. Mix milk powder, maida,, soda and ghee. Make soft dough by using little milkmaid.
  3. Divide the dough into marvel size and deep fry , Dip into sugar syrup..
  4. When milk reduced to half then add milkmaid, 2 tbsp sugar and cardamom powder. Keep aside.
  5. Heat ghee mix with oil and deep fry the bread slices .
  6. Arrange the fried bread slices on the serving, pour rabdi on the bread , topped some mini jum and another pieces of bread.
  7. Sprinkle badam slices , fresh cream and serve .
