About Semolina jalebi with almond rabdi Recipe

It is very simple dessert to sweet your taste buds. Jalebi made with semolina is very easy to made and easily digestible. Accompanied with rabdi makes it yum.

Semolina jalebi with almond rabdi

Ingredients to make Semolina jalebi with almond rabdi

  • For jalebi batter ;semolina 1 cup
  • Refined flour 5 tablespoon
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • water as required
  • Orange food colour 1 pinch
  • For sugar syrup:
  • sugar 1 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Caradamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • For rabdi:
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Milkmaid 1/2 cup
  • sugar 5 tablespoon
  • almonds 5 tablespoon chopped
  • Caradamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • ghee for frying jalebi

How to make Semolina jalebi with almond rabdi

  1. Add all ingredients for making batter with the help of required water. Leave it with covered lid for 20 minutes.
  2. Add water and sugar in a pan and boil. Add caradamom powder and lemon juice. Boil till consistency of Syrup becomes of 1 string.
  3. For rabdi add water to a pan and let it boil for 5 minutes. When it starts thickning add milkmaid and sugar. Stir constantly. Add green caradamom and almonds.
  4. Let it boil till it starts leaving surface of pan. Your rabdi is ready.
  5. Now heat ghee in a pan and pour jalebi batter into a cone.
  6. Now spread this batter into medium hot ghee in shape of roundals. Crisp fry from both sides.
  7. Remove it from ghee and add to sugar syrup. After 5 minutes remove from syrup and serve with rabdi. Make other jalebi in same way. Your semolina jalebi with rabdi is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can make batter carefully. Batter is not so thick and not so runny.
