Potato peas gravy

Ingredients to make Potato peas gravy

  • potato 2
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • peas 1 cup
  • Coriander, curry leaves
  • turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • salt
  • ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp
  • cinnamon 1
  • cloves 1
  • elaichi 1
  • For coconut Paste
  • Grated coconut 3 tsp
  • fennel seeds : ½ tsp
  • cashew 5

How to make Potato peas gravy

  1. Pressure cook the potatoes for 10  min on medium flame and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon cloves elaichi, curry leaves.
  3. Then add onion, tomato saute for 2 min.
  4. Add fresh peas, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and keep saute to 2 min.
  5. Add some water and cook for 3 mins.
  6. Add boiled potatoes, salt mix well and cook for 2 min
  7. Add coconut paste and keep saute for 2 - 4 min.
  8. Add coriander leaves
