Everyone must have definitely made the trending thandai masala this holi. So these biscuits are nothing but flavoured with the same rich thandai masala which you have made. So have a thandai crunch.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour / maida - 1 cup
  2. Sooji/Rava - 2 tbsps
  3. Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  4. Thandai masala powder/ paste - 2 to 3 tbsps
  5. Sugar powder - 1/4 cup or little more
  6. Ghee - 1/4 cup +2 tbsps
  7. Milk - 2 tbsps (optional)
  8. Salt- a tiny pinch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °
  2. Seive the flour with salt, sooji, sugar powder and baking powder.
  3. Add to it the remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix gently and bind together with milk if required.
  5. Make small pedas and press gently.
  6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or till you slightly see browned edges
  7. Cool on a cooling rack. Store in a airtight container.
