Ingredients to make Spicy Garlic Coriander Powder Chutney

  • 6 big cloves of chopped garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 teaspoons Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Mustard Oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

How to make Spicy Garlic Coriander Powder Chutney

  1. Grind the garlic, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt and enough water to form a paste.
  2. In a kadhai, heat the mustard oil and add cumin seeds. To it add the garlic and coriander paste and some water to make it to a chutney like consistency.
  3. Cook this on a low flame for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve it warm for best taste.
