Ingredients to make Brigadeiros – condensed milk truffles
- 400 grams or 1 big tin sweetened condensed milk (I used Nestle Milkmaid)
- 3 tablespoons or 25 grams cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons or 56 grams
- chocolate vermicelli / nuts /sprinkles to coat
How to make Brigadeiros – condensed milk truffles
My Tip:This recipe made around 25 Brigadeiros of about 1 .5 cm diameter You can increase the cocoa powder to 4 or 5 tbsps for a deeper chocolatey and less sweeter version.
