They can be prepared easily with just a few ingredients and are irresistible.

Milk toffees

Ingredients to make Milk toffees

  • 400gm Milkmaid condensed milk,
  • 1teaspoon essence(coffee/chocolate/caramel),
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted or cocoa butter.

How to make Milk toffees

  1. In a non-stick pan, melt 1 teaspoon of unsalted or cocoa butter .Add 400 GM condensed milk to it and stir constantly .
  2. When it begins to bubble and thicken a bit, add the desired essence to it and cook till it turns light brown.
  3. As it turns light brown, turn of the flame .
  4. Spread it on a tray and flatten it .Cut small toffees out of it when it has solidified to some extent.

My Tip:

For, preparing coffee essence, you can dissolve your regular coffee powder with hot water. Use non-stick pan and silicon spatula for this recipe.
