Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Layer -1
  2. 2 packets of digestive biscuits
  3. 1 cup melted butter
  4. For rabri phirni----
  5. 500 ml.milk
  6. 2 tbsp Sugar
  7. 2 tbsp rice flour
  8. 1 packet rabri
  9. Rabri phirni------
  10. 1/2 Cup Milkmaid
  11. 1/2 cup curd
  12. cardmon powder
  13. For 2 nd layer---
  14. 1/2 of rabri phirni
  15. 3 drops pista milk mix
  16. 7-8 rasgoolas
  17. For 3 rd layer---
  18. Remainig phirni
  19. Some saffron strands soaked in lukewarm milk
  20. Whipped cream for dacoration

Instructions

  1. Crush biscuits and add melted butter
  2. And mix them finely
  3. Take a loose bottom cake pan and transfer mixture in it
  4. Set in mould by pressing with fingers or bowl
  5. Keep in freeze for set
  6. For rabri Phirni----
  7. Heat milk and add rabri mix
  8. Stir continuously
  9. Then add rice flour
  10. Stir finely when it becomes ready
  11. Add cardmon powder and essence
  12. Let Phirni cool
  13. Then take mixi and add curd ,Phirni,milkmaid and blend in fine paste
  14. Devide this mix in two parts
  15. For 2 nd layer----
  16. Take one part and add pista milk mix drops
  17. Stir and mix finely
  18. Pour it upon biscuit layer
  19. And bake at 180 degree for 10 min.
  20. For 3rd layer---
  21. Take out mould from ovan
  22. Take remaining phirni
  23. And add soaked saffron
  24. Arrange rasgulla upon pista layer
  25. And Civer it with saffron mix.
  26. And bake again for 10 min
  27. Our Phirni is ready
  28. Cool it in freeze
  29. Take whip cream and garnish it as desired
  30. Serve cool
