Thandai Custard with Rosy Sauce

Ingredients to make Thandai Custard with Rosy Sauce

  • 4 eggs
  • 2cup milk
  • 1/2 cup milkmaid
  • 5 tsp Thandai syrup
  • 2tsp chopped dryfruit
  • 4 tsp rose syrup
  • 5 tsp cream
  • 2tsp milkmaid

How to make Thandai Custard with Rosy Sauce

  1. Take all the ingredients.
  2. Take two cups milk add eggs milkmaid Thandai syrup chopped dryfruit mix it with blender.
  3. Mix it well.
  4. Pour it in to molds.
  5. Keep molds in to cooker.heat cooker wait till 3 whistle. Let cooker cool.
  6. For rose sauce take cream milkmaid and rose syrup.mix it well.
  7. Rose sauce is ready.
  8. Plate Thandai custard.
  9. Thandai custard with Rosy sauce is ready. Enjoy.

My Tip:

Don't over cook custard.
