Ingredients to make Jalebi (without oil)

  • 250gm cashew
  • 180gm sugar
  • Few strands of kesar
  • Red orange food colour (opt)
  • Few drops rose water
  • Add some drops of milk if dough cannot handle and get dry

How to make Jalebi (without oil)

  1. ING:-SUGAR,CASHEW, SAFFRON WATER,ROSE WATER
  2. FIRSTLY MAKE A POWDER OF CASHEW IN MIXER GRINDER
  3. TAKE APAN ADD SUGAR AND 3/4 CUP OF WATER
  4. ADD SAFFRON WATER IF YOU DONT USE SAFFRON THAN U CSN ADD COLOUR
  5. MIX IT AND MAKE A 1/2 THREAD CHASHNI
  6. NOW ADD CASHEW POWDER AND MIX IT WELL
  7. MIX TILL MIXTURE MAKE LIKE A DOUGH
  8. CONTINOUSLY MIX ON MED. FLAME
  9. WHEN MIXTURE LEAVE THE PAN THAN OFF GAS AND ADD ROSE WATER AND MIX IT NICELY
  10. TRANSFER ON PLATE AND LEAVE IT FOR LITTLE COOL
  11. WHEN LITTLE COOL IT THAN MASH AND SMOOTH FOR THE HELP OF YOUR PALM. IF DOUGH GET DRY ABD NOT ROLL IT THAN ADD FEW DROPS OF MILK FOR BINDING
  12. NOW MAKE LITTLE BALLS
  13. ROLL THE BALLS ON KITCHEN SLAB,
  14. ROLL IT AND MAKE A SHAPE OF JALEBI
  15. TAKE ANOTHER BALL AND MADE ALL THE JALEBI'S
  16. PLACE SILVER WURK ON JALEBIS. READ TO EAT
