Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Coconut -1
  2. Sugar- 1 and half Cup
  3. Elachi - a pinch
  4. Edible Camphor - a pinch ( Optional )
  5. Ghee - 2 - 3 tbsp
  6. Milk - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grate the coconut.
  2. Heat up a wide wok and the coconut and toss for a minute.
  3. Add the sugar and keep sauting until the mixture combines well.
  4. By the time the mixture gets thick, add a tbsp milk to bring all together.
  5. Lastly add 2 tbsp ghee and ghee seasoned cashews and raisins.
  6. Until the mixture thickens.
  7. Transfer to a plate greased well in advance.
  8. Flatten the mixture to a thick square shape.
  9. Once the mixture gets warm, slit with greased knife and make squares of equal shapes.
  10. Serve.
