Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients to make Black Bean Hummus

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and dry
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin powder
  • Salt and black pepper powder as per taste
  • To serve : chips, vegetables or home baked pita chips

How to make Black Bean Hummus

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in blender until its almost smooth. Except the chips.
  2. Let it sit for 15 minutes before serving with chips or pita chips or vegetables.

My Tip:

I was making Mexican dinner that day so I added some sauteed corn, black beans and red pepper as well.
