Beetroot fudge

Ingredients to make Beetroot fudge

  • 1 cup grated grated beetroot
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp milkmaid
  • 1 tbsp mix dry fruits powder
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • melon seeds for garnishing

How to make Beetroot fudge

  1. Keep ready all the ingredients.
  2. In a non stick pan heat ghee , add the grated beetroot.
  3. Keep sauteeing till the beetroot leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Now add the remaining ingredients.
  5. Keep stirring continuously to avoid sticking at the bottom.
  6. Once the mixture is dry switch off the gas
  7. Transfer the mixture into a greased tray or mold. Spread some melon seeds on top.
  8. Let it cool down on room temperature for around an hour
  9. Cut into desired shapes and serve
