Ingredients to make Patoor ( khandvi) raita

  • 1 cup curd
  • 2tbsp besan
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4tsp jeera
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4 haldi
  • Kadi patta
  • Some dhania patti

How to make Patoor ( khandvi) raita

  1. COLLECT ING.CURD SALT,HALDI ,BESAN, WATER
  2. TAKE ABOWL ADD CURD ,BESAN , WATER
  3. ADD SALT ,HALDI
  4. MIX WITH BLENDER
  5. TAKE APAN ADD BESAN BATTER
  6. MIX IT CONTINUOUSLY
  7. WHEN THICK AND LIKE KHANDVI CONSISTENCY
  8. NOW POUR IN GREASED PLATE
  9. SPREAD WITH SPOON
  10. WHEN COOL IT THAN CUT WITH KNIFE
  11. CUT IN SQUARE
  12. IN SERVING BOWL ADD CURD THAN ADD KHANDVI OR PATOOR ADD IN CURD
  13. TAKE ASPOON FOR TADKA- ADD GHEE, JEERA .WHEN JEERA CRACKLE THAN ADD KADI PATTA
  14. POUR ON DAHI
  15. CHILL N SERVE
