Carrot Ladoo

Ingredients to make Carrot Ladoo

  • Grated carrot 1 cup
  • Milkmaid 1/2 cup
  • Milk.powder 5-6 tsp
  • sooji 4-5 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • ghee 5 tsp
  • Chopped Dry fruits as required

How to make Carrot Ladoo

  1. In pan heat ghee roast sooji for 10 min in low flame.
  2. Now add grated carrot.mix well and cook for 5 min.
  3. Now add milkmaid.stir well.after add milk powder .And mix well.
  4. Keep stirring till it reaches thick consistency.add little amount of ghee and dry fruits.
  5. Mix well.and turn off.Now take small portion of mixture and make balls.garnish with badan or cashew.serve it.
  6. Store it in container.

My Tip:

U can use milk instead of milkpowder.
