Pineapple Gujiyas

Ingredients to make Pineapple Gujiyas

  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 cup milkmaid
  • 5 tsp caramalised pineapple
  • 2tsp milk masala
  • 2 cup maida
  • 3 tsp ghee
  • Pinch of salt
  • water to knead the dough
  • ghee for frying

How to make Pineapple Gujiyas

  1. Take all the ingredients.
  2. Take sugar and pineapple cook it till pineapple gets cooked.
  3. Take desiccated coconut, milkmaid and caramelised pineapple. Cook till it becomes a little dry. Cool it.
  4. Take maida, ghee and knead the dough.
  5. Make puri. Put the pineapple filling in the centre and make it into the shape of a gujiya.
  6. Make all the gujiyas same.
  7. Fry it in hot ghee on low flame till golden brown.
  8. Gujiyas are ready.
  9. Plate and enjoy.

My Tip:

You can even make orange and strawberry gujiyas.
