Ingredients to make Dry Nuts Thandai

  • badam 1/2 cup
  • cashews 1/4 cup
  • poppy seeds 3 tsp
  • Black pepper 8-10
  • fennel seeds 2 tsp
  • cardamom powder 2 tsp
  • saffron threads 5-6
  • Chilled milk 2 cup
  • sugar 2-3 tsp
  • Thandai masala powder 3 tsp
  • Milkmaid 1 cup
  • Chopped almonds, pistachio, and rose petals few

How to make Dry Nuts Thandai

  1. BADAM, CASHEWS, POPPY SEEDS
  2. BLACK PEPPER, FENNEL SEEDS, CARDAMOM POWDER
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. TRANSFER INTO BOWL
  5. 1 CUP CHILLED MILK
  6. SUGAR 2 - 3 TSP
  7. ADD THANDAI MASALA POWDER
  8. MIX WELL AND STRAIN
  9. STRAINED MILK
  10. ADD MILKMAID
  11. MIX WELL AND POUR INTO A SERVING GLASS
  12. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED ALMONDS, PISTACHIO AND ROSE PETALS, SERVE
