ABOUT Mango panna cotta.. RECIPE

Panna Cotta is the Italian-born BFF of your favorite pudding, and omg is absolutely the best thing ever. It’s creamy and rich, smooth and velvety in a way that no one can resist. Wow your guests with this refreshing make-ahead dessert at your next party!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 large ripen Alphonsos,peeled and chopped 1/3 cup Water 1/4 cup Sugar
  2. 5 gms Agar-Agar strands or 1.5 tsp Agar Agar powder or 1 tsp Gelatine juice of 1/2 Lemon
  3. for Cream layer: 1 cup(250 ml) fresh full fat Cream,25%-30% 1 cup(250 ml) full fat Milk 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 1 Vanilla bean or 2 tsp Vanilla extract 1/3 cup Water 5 gms Agar-Agar strands or 1.5 tsp Agar Agar powder or 1 tsp Gelatine

Instructions

  1. place mango nectarq ina heat proof bowl & sprinkle agar agar on top.
  2. Gently stir until well incorporated. set mixture sit for 10 mins.
  3. Meanwhile, in a blender, puree the mango flesh until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a large measuring cup with breaker.place the agar agar mixture inthe microwave & heat for 1min on high
  5. stir until agar agar completly dissolved.. pour agar agar mixture into the mango puree..
  6. vanilla bean layer. In a small sauce pan,place milk and sprinkle agar agar on top.Give it a quick stir & let mixture sit for 10 mins.
  7. turn on heat to low,add sugar stir & heat until agar agar dissolved.
  8. remove from heat & whisk in the vanilla bean paste..place the heavy cream ina large measuring cup with a breaker.
  9. pour in the milk/ agar agar mixture.
  10. Assmble..prepare individual serving glasses & place them in a mini muffin pan at an angle. care fully pour the vanilla bean mixture into each glass until almost to the edge of the glass
  11. place in the fridge for atleast 2 hours, or until set.
  12. Take the glass out of the fridge with the vanilla bean layer already set.
  13. then, pour the mango mixture into each glass.
  14. put it in the fridge to chill another 2 hours or until set.
  15. To serve,top each glass with a fresh mango cubes for garnish & njoy...
