Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 papads
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 1/4 cup sprout chana (or mung, matki)
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp chat masala
  8. 2 tbsp bhujiya or namkeen (optional)
  9. Oil for frying (you can shallow fry too)

Instructions

  1. Cut papad from the sides, from the edges and spread it with a wet hand.
  2. Stick it on a katori and fry the papad in the oil carefully. Then take it out and let it cool.
  3. Next, stuff in onion, tomato and sprouts in it. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, chat masala, or lemon juice.
  4. Garnish with bhujiya and enjoy! I have used green fresh chana in it. You can use kala chana, mung, matki or sprouts.
