Ingredients to make Rangeen barfi

  • 2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1/2 Cup Milkmaid
  • 1/8 tsp pink food colour
  • 1/8 tsp green food colour
  • 1/8 tsp yellow food colour

How to make Rangeen barfi

  1. Mix desiccated coconut, milk powder and milkmaid.
  2. Make a dough.
  3. Divide this dough into 3.
  4. Add 3 different colours in 3 divided dough.
  5. Knead a dough properly
  6. Roll long strips from each of them
  7. Now place one one strip of each colour together and twist and roll them
  8. Cut them into desired size and shape
  9. Roll these pieces into desiccated coconut
