A very yummy dessert in which I made 3 items to make it more delicious and presentable

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 GMs thickened curd
  2. 200 GMs milk maid
  3. 200 GMs fresh cream
  4. 1/2 tsp pineapple essence
  5. Ingredients for green rice
  6. 1/2 glass basmati rice
  7. 2 glass water
  8. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  9. 2 tsp ghee
  10. 5-6 tsp sugar
  11. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  12. A pinch of green colour
  13. Ingredients for orange colour carrot balls
  14. 1 kg carrot grated
  15. 1 litre milk
  16. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  17. 1 bowl milkmaid
  18. 1 bowl sugar
  19. almonds and raisins
  20. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Take curd and cream in a bowl. mix gently for 2 minutes.
  2. Add milkmaid slowly and keep stirring
  3. Add essence
  4. preheat oxy air fryer for 5 minutes at120 c. Arrange bowl in fry basket and close it and keep for baking for 20 minutes.
  5. while it is done we can see mixture shakes but stay together firm.
  6. Baked curd is ready.
  7. Recipe for sweetened green rice -
  8. Wash and presoaked rice for 10 minutes.
  9. Add water in pressure cooker, allows it to boil and add ghee
  10. After a boil add rice, allow it to cook slowly.
  11. add colour and essence. Now add sugar.
  12. Slowly water is absorbed and grew colour rice r ready.
  13. Orange carrot balls recipe -
  14. Take ghee in karahi.Add grated carrots.Slowly mix them well on a medium flame.
  15. When they r cooked for sometime, add milk maid slowly and keep on stirring and then add milk and keep on stirring occasionally on sim flame by removing milk and malai to stick on sides.
  16. Add cardamom powder, slowly milk get absorbed in carrots and carrots beautiful milkmaid cooked halwa is ready.
  17. Add sugar and dry fruits.
  18. Let it cool for sometime and made carrot balls by pressing in between palms.
  19. So my truffle tricolour pudding is ready to be served by garnishing with pumpkin seeds, silver balls, soaked almonds, gems and stars.
  20. Arranged in the form of layers of white baked curd, green sweetened rice and orange carrot balls.
  21. Enjoy..
