About Petha Coconut Laddoos with Gulkand Filling Recipe

This no cook laddoo is a real treat to the tongue with unique filling of gulkand. No artificial colours used.

Petha Coconut Laddoos with Gulkand Filling

Ingredients to make Petha Coconut Laddoos with Gulkand Filling

  • Dried Petha, grated 1/4 Cup
  • Milkmaid 1 Tablespoon
  • Desiccated coconut 1.5 Cup
  • Gulkand 2 tablespoon
  • Mocktail syrups like rose, khus, blue curacao for different colours

How to make Petha Coconut Laddoos with Gulkand Filling

  1. Mix grated petha, milkmaid and desiccated coconut (1.25 cup). See that you able to bind this mix into a ball/laddoo. If not add little more milkmaid.
  2. Divide this mix into 3 or 4 parts depending on the mocktail syrups you have.
  3. Add different mocktail syrup in each part and mix. Leave one part white only. Thus you have white, red, blue, green and yellow mixes.
  4. Form laddoos by filling little gulkand in each laddoo,
  5. Make all the laddoos.
  6. Roll these laddoos in desiccated coconut.
  7. Store and enjoy on Holi.
  8. Mix different colour mixes and form one laddoo.

My Tip:

Adjust milkmaid and petha as per your liking. You may skip milkmaid and use only petha and coconut. Use saffron for yellow colour.
