About Malaichop Recipe

Its a bengali sweet..very easy to make, taste was really yummm...

Malaichop

Ingredients to make Malaichop

  • Milk 1ltr
  • Vinnegar 2 spoon
  • sugar 1 cup
  • water 2 cup
  • Crushed cardmom 2
  • Milkmaid 2 tbsp
  • malai 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence few drop
  • For decorations some jam or cherry

How to make Malaichop

  1. Boiled the milk add vinegar h curdle,
  2. Then strain the chhena in a muslin cloth& wash in a runny water
  3. Squeeze the excess water , when the chhena is ready
  4. Mash it with using with palm ,make small pedas
  5. For sugar syrup take apan add sugarn water, cardmom & make sugar syrup
  6. When the sugar syrup is start boiling add all chhena peda
  7. & boil for 10 to 15 mins,
  8. When the flat radogolas are cooked seitch off thf flame & give a rest for few mins
  9. Then refrigerate all the rasgollas,
  10. In other sind make mixture of malai, milkmaid & vannila essence,
  11. Now take out the rasogola to the fridge, cut into 2 part in between?
  12. Now apply some malai mixtute on cut flat rasogola & decorate with cherry or jam,
  13. When all malaichop is ready refrigerate for 2 to 3 mins for set
  14. Now malaichop is ready to eat
