Garlic Butter

Ingredients to make Garlic Butter

  • Butter - 100 gms (I have used Amul)
  • Garlic cloves - 4
  • Finely chopped coriander - 2 tablespoon

How to make Garlic Butter

  1. Soften the butter. Grate or finely chop the garlic cloves and add it to the butter.
  2. Mix well and finally add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Keep it in the fridge till you use. It can be stored for a week.

My Tip:

Use table butter so you don't have to add salt.
