About Tahina Cucumber Dip Recipe

An Arabic Dip can be used as a Spread for Chicken/Falafel Sandwiches.

Tahina Cucumber Dip

Ingredients to make Tahina Cucumber Dip

  • cucumber 3 nos
  • parsley 1/2 cup
  • Tahina 2 tbsp
  • yoghurt 4 tbsp
  • garlic crushed 1 no
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • oilive oil 1 tsp

How to make Tahina Cucumber Dip

  1. Finely chop the cucumber and parsley. Keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add tahina and yoghurt. Mix it well with a fork.
  3. When tahina and yoghurt is well blended, add lemon juice, salt, crushed garlic and olive oil, mix well again. You can add more lemon juice according to your taste.
  4. Now add chopped parsley and chopped cucumber. Mix well and serve.

My Tip:

Instead of Parsley, you can add Mint leaves.
